How To Deal With Client Complaints & Issues With Clients

If a client complains or you're having problems with clients, bring it to the attention of the Client Success Manager or your Team Leader.

If a client complains to you about another Team Member, do not get into a discussion with them about that person. Advise the Client Success Manager or your Team Leader and they can discuss the issue with the client, and if need be the Team Member.
