The following process is for when a lead has come through to Strictly Savvy and is enquiring about our services and an account manager now needs to contact the potential client.
Log in to app.juicycrm.nz
Left navigation: Contacts
Search & open the existing contact’s profile.
Inside the contact record, scroll down and look for 'Opportunities'
Click '+Add'
Fill in the Opportunity details:
Opportunity Name/Company Name - If you did not manage to get this, please put clients first and last name and advise in the notes
Pipeline & Stage (e.g., New Lead, Discovery Call Had, Won)
Owner / Assigned To
Service Type - Virtual and Unknown will notify the virtual services sales manager, and Creative will notify the creative sales manager.
Lead Source
Lead Received
Click Create
Left nav: Opportunities
Click + Add Opportunity
Enter Contact details (either find an existing contact, or add a new one now)
Fill in the following opportunity details:
Opportunity Name/Company Name - If you did not manage to get this, please put clients first and last name and advise in the notes
Pipeline: 'Sales Pipeline'
Stage: Usually 'New Lead' unless the discovery call has already happened. The sales team will inform you in the lead channel.
Status: Open
Owner: Brenna (for VA leads), or Anesha (for creative leads)
Please briefly describe what support you are needing: copy and paste any details relating to the new lead in here
Lead received: date that the lead first contacted us
Lead Source: Choose from one of the options
Click Create
