If you need to add a new password into LastPass, whether it is one you have been given by a client or one you have created for either yourself or the client, you need to direct message the Office Administrator in Teamwork chat.
Note: It is compulsory that you pass on all passwords on to the Office Administrator as they must be stored in LastPass.
Never save any passwords to your personal Lastpass account.
Here is the process of getting a password/login into LastPass:
When a password is changed or a new login is being used for client or team member, the details need to be provided to the Office Administrator to enter into LastPass
You should provide the following details:
Client name
The URL to the login page
Email or account username/number
Password
Answers to any security questions (if applicable)
Once the Office Administrator has confirmed the password has been added to LastPass, you should login to ensure you can access the app
