Maintenance of the company vehicle is the responsibility of Strictly Savvy.
If you see that one of the company vehicles needs maintenance or repair, or that a WOF or Registration has expired, please advise the General Manager or Office Administrator immediately.
The company vehicle takes normal petrol. This will be filled prior to your booking of the car.
If you require the car last minute, and it has not been filled, check in with your team leader who will provide a Savvy Debit card for you to put petrol in the car.
The cars have electronic keys. If any of them don't work, the batteries may need to be replaced, please let the General Manager know.
If the electronic keys aren't working and you can't find any batteries, there is a manual key that is within the key. You will need to slide this out from the key at the top/back.
Mitsubishi Lancer
With regards to the Lancer (the silver car) - if, when trying to unlock it with the Key Fob, the lights don't flash to indicate it's unlocking, press it again. If it still doesn't unlock, lock it again and then press unlock until the lights go off. Until the lights have gone off do not try opening the door as this will set the alarm off.
If the car doesn't unlock, use the key. Once finished with the vehicle let the General Manager know that the lock didn't work and she will arrange to get a new battery for it.
