VA Bonus Structure for the VA team is tiered as follows:

Tier 1

• Delegated hours: minimum of 30

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 90%

• Potential bonus: 4% of months salary

Tier 2

• Delegated hours: minimum of 40

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 95%

• Potential bonus: 6% of months salary

Tier 3

• Delegated hours: minimum of 50

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 110%

• Potential bonus: 10% of months salary

Tier 4

• Delegated hours: minimum of 80

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 135%

• Potential bonus: 15% of months salary

Tier 5

• Delegated hours: minimum of 100

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 150%

• Potential bonus: 20% of months salary

Tier 6

• Delegated hours: minimum of 150

• Productivity target, including delegated hours: 180%

• Potential bonus: 25% of months salary
