If you receive error 135011 on your laptop, your device may have been disabled.
To re-enable and solve this issue, you will need either the GM, Office Administrator or someone with admin rights in Office 365 to help you.
Instructions to enable a device in Office for administrators at Strictly Savvy:
Go to go to Azure Active Directory > Devices (https://aad.portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_Devices/DevicesMenuBlade/Overview/menuId/)
Find the device you need to enable (you will likely find it under 'all devices' as per screenshot below).
3. In the list of laptops/devices, find the laptop/device number that you need to enable. It should currently show with a red 'x' and say that it's disabled.
4. Select the device, and in the top menu select 'enable'.
