Go to Xero > Sales > Drafts
Open a draft invoice that does not have any attachments
In SharePoint > Finance > Detailed Time Sheets > [yyyy]-[mm] [Month] Timesheets > Approved > To attach in Xero locate the clients timesheet
Open the timesheet and check that the total hours match the total hours in the invoice
Select the file, then drag and drop the timesheet into the draft invoice in Xero (ref pic below)
Select the cog icon next to the attachment and select Include with invoice from the drop-down options displayed (ref pic below)
Select the arrow next to Save and select Save & submit for approval from the drop-down options displayed, ready for the General Manager to check (ref pic below)
Repeat steps 1-5 for each draft invoice that does not have any attachments until all have attachments
Once every invoice has a timesheet attached, the Office Administrator will advise the General Manager that the invoices are ready in Xero for her to review.
The General Manager will either approve and send each invoice, or will direct message the Office Administrator in Teamwork Chat of any changes that need to be made, and then once the new timesheet is attached, will send the remaining invoice/s
