How To Process BDM's Commission Payments

Who: This process is for the CFO and Office Administrator to complete

What: It shows you how to process the Business Development Manager's commission payments

When: Undertake this process each month

Why: This process is completed to pay the BDM commission as per her contract

The BDM will send the commission form to the CFO (Lance) once a month via Teamwork Chat/email
The CFO will review and then advise the Office Administrator how much commission to pay in the next pay run
The Office Administrator will then add the commission amount to the next pay run for processing through Smartly as a one-off payment - refer to the process on How To Pay A Bonus or Commission In Pay Run
