Overall responsibility for the client hours and capacity in Airtable
Hold monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with each of your team members
Provide systems training to team members
Monitor client work to ensure quality and efficiency
Monitor productivity and support team members to achieve targets
Reinforce the importance of delegation to our Global Team Members. Support team members to delegate all possible tasks
Monitor capacity and liaise with the BDM on capacity
Support the recruitment process of new team members
Manage new team member inductions
Hire and manage contractors as required
Conduct client handovers for all new clients
Oversee the Getting Started process with team members and new clients
Manage cover for clients when team members are on leave
Ensure that no passwords are saved in Chrome profiles or team member’s LastPass accounts
Ensure all client compliance deadlines are met- PAYE, GST, etc
Manage any necessary downscaling of time.
Ensure that team members are communicating budgets and used hours to clients
Review timesheet entries to ensure all time is tracked and that all wording is ‘Client’ appropriate
Check-in with clients when you identify a need or opportunity
Manage the team’s leave and attendance

Ensure the health & safety of team members
