Who: This process is for the Marketing Coordinator, or assigned VA to undertake
What: This process shows you how to add a new team member to the website
When: This process is done when a new team member joins Strictly Savvy, and we have their photo and bio ready to go.
Why: This process is completed to allow clients to view the full team on our website.
Once you have a headshot edited by the creative team, and a bio approved by the General Manager/Jo, you can put new team members on the website.
Log in to Rocketspark and launch/login to the Strictly Savvy website
Click editor in the top navigation bar to go into the website's live edit mode. Please note that any changes you make here automatically update live on the website.
Navigate to the About page of the website, and scroll down to the team photos and bios. You will need to place the new team member in an appropriate spot on the page (Managers and Leadership team, followed by VA's, then Creative Team and Contractors).
Once you have decided on a spot for the new team member, move all of the team members after this person down one spot to make room. Do this simply by clicking and dragging the photo/bio that needs moving. You will be left with an empty spot to add the new team member into.
Using the same layout as all other team members, upload the new photo and bio into separate content blocks in your newly created space. Ensure that the photo is the correct size, so that all of the team names/titles are in line with each other.
