If you get a phone call on the main Strictly Savvy line and someone is enquiring about our services, asking for rates, or wants to hire a virtual assistant, please take their name, number and any details about the type of services they are looking for. Let them know that based on what services they are asking about the best person to speak to is either Brenna and/or Account Manager, or Anesha, and that they will call them back asap. Add the details into the Leads channel in Teamwork Chat, tagging the appropriate Account Manager, or both if you are unsure.
