Instructions for Gmail:
Open HTML file
Hold down Ctrl + A to select all
Hold down Ctrl + C to copy
Go into your Gmail>Settings>See all settings and scroll down to the email signature section
Create New and name it (ie Signature)
The cursor will be in the box for your email signature
Hold down Ctrl + V to paste into that box
Tick the section where it says "Insert signature before the quoted text in replies, and remove the '--' line that precedes it."
Click Save Changes
Sometimes you or your client may have some issues with how the email signature looks when composing an email or how it appears when using a Mac. A couple of troubleshooting tips are below.
You could set up the email signature in the Gmail settings and it looks perfect, the links work etc, but when you compose a message it doesn't look right:

Solution: Hit the 3 dots at the bottom, go to Plain text mode and make sure it is unticked
Some of our clients use Mac laptops, and access their Gmail that way. If the settings aren't quite right the email signature won't look right when using this app. Below is the solution for that. You can advise your client (or if you are doing it yourself) to do the following:
