THEO 415 Discussion Board Forums (2)
Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for the forum. Each thread must be at least 300 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 3 classmates’ threads. Each reply must be at least 150 words.
THEO 415 Practicum Papers (2)
The student will write two 800–1,000-word papers in current Turabian format that focus on biblical and theological reflections on the first and second great commandments. Practicum Paper 1 will cover the first great commandment, and Practicum Paper 2 will cover the second great commandment. Each paper must include at least 2 references in addition to the course textbooks and the Bible.
THEO 415 Course Project
The student will write a 1,900–2,500-word research-based paper in current Turabian format. This paper will incorporate materials learned throughout the entire program. This paper must include at least 5 references in addition to the course textbooks and the Bible.
THEO 415 Exams (4)
Each exam will cover the Reading & Study material for the previous module/week and the module/week in which it is assigned. Each exam will be open-book/open-notes. Exams 1, 3, and 4 will contain 20 multiple-choice and true/false questions and have a 20-minute time limit. Exam 2 will contain 20 multiple-choice and true/false questions and 1 essay question and will have a 30-minute time limit.
