AVIA 422 Flight Course Student Information Quiz
This quiz consists of questions that were pulled from content within the FTA Student Handbook, and the student video presentations attached in the reading and study section of module 1. This is an open book and open video exam that consists of 20 questions (multiple choice, true/false, and short answer). This exam is required and will provide you with some very important information for your success.

AVIA 422 Discussion Board Forums (3)
Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to provide a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be at least 250 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be at least 100 words.
AVIA 422 Reflection Paper
The student will write a 2–3-page paper in current APA format that focuses on how he or she plans to teach and develop student pilots into future pilots with a strong and Christian character, professionalism, and ethical values. The paper must include at least 2 references in addition to the course textbooks and the Bible.
AVIA 422 Quizzes (8)
Each quiz will cover the FAA material for the assigned module/week. Quizzes will be open-book/open-notes and contain multiple-choice, true/false, and 2 essay questions. The student will have 2 hours to complete each quiz.
AVIA 422 Progress Questions (7)
The student will account for the total number of ground, flight, and/or simulator activities completed at the Flight Training Affiliate. The student will receive full credit for answering the question regardless of the number of activities that were
completed.
AVIA 422 Certificate Submission
In order to pass this class, the student must complete Certified Flight Instructor Instrument training at a Flight Training Affiliate. Once complete, the student must submit either a copy of the graduation certificate, license/certificate (front and back), or temporary certificate, if applicable.
