HLTH 643 Discussion Board Forums (3)

The student will complete three Discussion Board forums. Each discussion will consist of a thread and at least two replies. The instructor is looking for substantial, thoughtful, and critical discussions.

HLTH 643 Case Studies (5)

The student will assume the role of a nutrition care provider to assess and evaluate six case studies related to various chronic diseases. After doing the assigned reading, the student will fully answer all case study questions provided on Blackboard and submit their responses. All assignments must be completed in current AMA format.

HLTH 643 Interprofessional Service Project

This project includes three parts: 1) Selection of Site 2) Completion of Hours and 3) Reflection Discussion board. This is an experiential learning assignment, where the student is required to develop and implement an interprofessional experience service project. The student will engage in a service project that includes interprofessional collaboration and a minimum of 8 hours of service within the community, and complete a reflection assignment.

This assignment must be completed in current AMA format.
