Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to provide a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be 200 words, demonstrate course-related knowledge, and integrate at least 1 biblical principle. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be 50 words.

The student will demonstrate effective implementation of NAVA Ventilation, selecting appropriate settings for the patient based upon physiologic data.

The student will demonstrate effective APRV management, including modification of APRV settings based upon physiologic data presented.

The student will write a 4–5-page research-based paper in current APA format that focuses on any Advanced Ventilatory Modality presented in the course. The paper must include at least 3 references in addition to the course textbook and the Bible.

The student will complete 2 Exam Study Guides in preparation for each exam.
RESP 406 Exams (2)
Each exam will cover the Reading & Study material for the assigned modules/weeks. Each exam will be open-book/open-notes, containing 20 short-answer and essay questions, and will have a 2-hour time limit.
