HLTH 620 Discussion Board Forums (3)

The student is required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be at least 400 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 classmates’ threads. Each reply must be at least 150 words.

HLTH 620 Case Study Reviews (2)

The student will review the major points of a case study or special topic. The student is expected to provide suggestions to address the problem in the case study or special topic. Case Study Review 1 assignment must be 450–600 words in current AMA format. The student must include at least 2 peer-reviewed article sources in addition to the citation of the assigned case study or special topic. Case Study Review 2 Class Presentation will be submitted via Blackboard utilizing voice narration and should include 15-20 slides. The student must include at least 2 peer-reviewed article sources in addition to the citation of the assigned case study or special topic.

HLTH 620 Short Essays (2)

The student is required to respond to a topic provided by the course instructor. Each essay must be 200–250 words in current AMA format.

HLTH 620 Research Paper

HLTH 620 Topic Submission

The student will select a specific topic for his/her Research Paper. The topic selection will be submitted to the instructor for approval.

HLTH 620 Outline

The student will create a detailed outline for the Final Version of the Research Paper.

HLTH 620 References

The student will research at least 10 scholarly resources that are no more than 5 years old. The student will cite the resources in current AMA format.

HLTH 620 Final Version

The student will write a 10–12-page research-based paper, excluding the reference and cover page, in current AMA format that focuses on an approved topic. The paper must include at least 10 references in addition to the course textbooks and the Bible.

HLTH 620 Midterm Exam

This exam covers information from Modules/Weeks 1–4. The Midterm Exam will be open-book/open-notes, contain 50 multiple-choice and true/false questions, and have a time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes.

HLTH 620 Final Exam

This exam covers information from Modules/Weeks 5–8. The Final Exam will be open-book/open-notes, contain 50 multiple-choice and true/false questions, and have a time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes.
