Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to create a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be 250 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be 100 words.
AVIA 440 Flight Student Information Quiz
This quiz consists of questions that were pulled from content within the FTA Student Handbook, and the student video presentations attached in the reading and study section of Module/Week 1. This is an open book and open video exam with no time limit that consists of 20 questions (multiple choice, true/false, and short answer). This exam is required and will provide the student with some very important information for success.

AVIA 440 Essay Question
The student will answer an essay question with at least 250 words.
AVIA 440 Mishap Report
The student will write a 2–3-page paper that focuses on a multi-engine mishap and factors related to it.
AVIA 440 Quizzes (3)
Each quiz will cover the textbook readings for that module/week. Quizzes will be open-book/open-notes and will contain 18 multiple choice and true/false questions and 2 essay questions. The student will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete each quiz.
AVIA 440 Progress Reports (7)
The student will account for the total number of ground, flight, and/or simulator activities completed at the Flight Training Affiliate. The student will receive full credit for answering the question regardless of the number of activities that were completed.
AVIA 440 Certificate Submission
In order to pass this class the student must complete Multi-Engine Flight training at a Flight Training Affiliate. Once complete, the student must submit either a copy of the graduation certificate, license/certificate (front and back), or temporary certificate if applicable.
