AVIA 220 Flight Course Student Information Quiz
This quiz consists of questions that were pulled from content within the FTA Student Handbook, and the student video presentations attached in the reading and study section of module 1. This is an open book and open video exam that consists of 20 questions (multiple choice, true/false, and short answer). This exam is required and will provide you with some very important information for your success.

The FTA and TCO Information Quiz is about the Flight Training Affiliate and it's Training Course Outline (TCO) or Flight Training Syllabus information. Students need to know the minimum flight hours and the number of flight lessons required to complete their Private Pilot course. (60 points)
AVIA 220 Quizzes (4)
Each quiz will cover the Reading and Study material from your ground courses and/or flying. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes; contain 20 multiple-choice and true/false questions and at least 2 essay questions. Quizzes are timed and limited to 1-hour and 30-minutes. (50 pts each)
AVIA 220 Video Presentation
The student will prepare and submit a presentation on a relevant course topic/procedure assigned in the presentation instructions located in Blackboard. (100 pts)
AVIA 220 Progress Reports (8)
The student will submit, via Blackboard, a written summary of training completed during the week. This is to serve as an ongoing training journal, with biblical principles incorporated. (30 pts each)
AVIA 220 Completion of first 50% of FTA Private Pilot TCO
Student will attempt to complete 50% of the FTA’s Private Pilot TCO/Flight Training Syllabus. If this milestone is not met, points will be awarded IAW the following schedule:
30% to 35% of TCO Completed: 160 pts
36% to 41% of TCO Completed: 260 pts
42% to 49% of TCO Completed: 310 pts
50% or greater of TCO Completed: 370 pts
