LING 301 8 Discussion Board Forums

Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to provide a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be minimum 50 to maximum 100 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be minimum 20 to maximum 40 words.

LING 301 8 Quizzes

Each quiz will cover the Reading & Study material for the assigned module. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 10 to 15 multiple-choice, true/false, and/or short answer questions, and have a 15 minute time limit.

LING 301 5 Homework Assignments

Five sets of homework problems will be assigned throughout this course.

LING 301 3 Exams

There will be two midterm exams and one comprehensive final exam in this course.
