AVIA 441 Flight Course Student Expectations Quiz

This quiz consists of questions that were pulled from content within the FTA Student Handbook, and the student video presentations attached in the reading and study section of module 1. This is an open book and open video exam that consists of 20 questions (multiple choice, true/false, and short answer). This exam is required and will provide you with some very important information for your success.

AVIA 441 Discussion Board Forums (3)

Discussion boards are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to provide a thread in response to the provided prompt for each forum. Each thread must be at least 250 words and demonstrate course-related knowledge. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 2 other classmates’ threads. Each reply must be at least 100 words.

AVIA 441 Lesson Plans (3)

The student will create three (3) FAA approved lesson plans covering assigned topics related to multi-engine flight.

AVIA 441 Reflection Paper

The student will write a 2-3 page Reflection Paper that focuses on teaching and developing student pilots into future pilots with professionalism, ethical values, and Christian character.

AVIA 441 Quizzes (3)

Each quiz will cover the required textbook readings for the preceding modules/weeks up to that point. Quizzes will be open-book/open-notes, and contain multiple-choice, true/false, and essay questions. The student will have 2 hours to complete each quiz.

AVIA 441 Weekly Progress Reports (7)

The student will account for the total number of ground, flight, and/or simulator activities completed at the Flight Training Affiliate. The student will receive full credit for answering the question regardless of the number of activities that were completed.

AVIA 441 Certificate Submission

In order to pass this class the student must complete Multi-Engine Instructor training at a Flight Training Affiliate. Once complete, the student must submit either a copy of the graduation certificate, license/certificate (front and back), or temporary certificate if applicable.
