This policy brief written by Laura Bégin under the supervision of Patrick Archambault (author of the JMIR scoping review) was produced for the International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA), the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada (AFMC), and the Federation of Patients and Consumer Organization in the Netherlands (NPCF) (Marcel Heldoorn). These were the three decision makers involved in our CIHR-funded scoping review. This two-page policy brief was written for internal dissemination within their organizations.
