Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup frozen strawberries*

¼ cup mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)*

¼ cup organic pomegranate juice

¼ cup organic grape juice

1 scoop of protein powder

crushed ice to taste

*Note: if you have fresh berries you can use them, although the blending will be a bit more “complicated”.

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Pulse until smooth. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
