Carrot Orange Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

½ cup carrot juice

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup banana slices (fresh or frozen)

½ cup peach slices (fresh or frozen)

crushed ice to taste

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until well blended. Serve chilled.
