Crock-Pot Chicken Barbecue
Adapted from Food.com
Note. This makes for a lot of chicken, enough to feed a crowd. You can halve the recipe if you are feeding fewer people.
Ingredients
Serves 8
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup ketchup (make your own ketchup with this recipe)
½ cup barbecue sauce (make your own barbecue sauce with this recipe)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
2 garlic cloves, minced
