Avocado Lime and Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 2

1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed

4 basil leaves

1 cup rice milk (or almond milk)

Juice of 2 limes

1 heaping tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

½ cup crushed ice (adjust to taste)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.

Pour in glasses and serve with lime wedges and additional ice.
