Season Summary

The 2026 varsity softball team brought plenty of power to their season.

Led by slugger Addisonn Crumly, Minooka had many highlights. The team went 2-1 in the WJOL tournament and 3-0-1 in the Rosemont Rumble Jamboree.

Head coach Mark Brown earned his 300th career win during the season.

Overall, the team had 22 games where the scored runs in double digits.

In April, Crumly his her 27th career home run, breaking Sara Novak's record. A few weeks later when Crumly hit her 13th home run of the season, she broke another Novak record for most home runs in a season.

In the first game of the regional, they shut out Stagg, 10-0. They advanced to play Lincoln-Way Central.

Although they rallied and scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 7th innings, Minooka fell to the Knights in the regional championship.
