The 2008-09 boys track and field team  were competitive in all 18 events throughout the season.  Elliot Allen set a new school record in the long jump with a 21-5.5 jump at the SPC Championship, where he placed third.  It was the first year the IHSA expanded to 3 classes, and Minooka failed to advance anyone out of the 3A sectional meet.
