Joe McAsey, who didn't run cross country until his sophomore year, set the tone for the 2010 Minooka squad. McAsey, now as a senior, won the elite Hornet/Red Devil Invite, the SPC Championship, and the regional. He finished with all-state honors after placing 9th at the state finals. The team won both the SPC and the regional. The had their best finish at state -- 12th place -- since the 1977 team.
