2018-19 Boys Basketball

The members of the 2018-19 boys basketball team include (front row) Jarrell Mays, Trenton Voss, Artayis Bailey; (second row) Deion Manning, Jaedon Johnson, Jaden Paige, Carlos Hernandez, Grayson Hofmann, D’Anthony Thomas, Charles Brown, Trent Hudak; (third row) head coach Kevin Cain, Evan Stonitsch, Xavier Horde, Adrian Gutierrez, Alginon Lewis-Fregeau, Michael Zito, and assistant coach Rob Torchia.

Overall Record: 6-22

Conference Record: 2-8

With Minooka graduate and new basketball head coach Kevin Cain at the helm, the 2018-19 basketball team had some great moments, at one time winning four out of five early in the season. After a long losing streak, they beat Lincoln-Way Central in the opening round of Regionals, and nearly beat high seed West Aurora in the semifinals, were it not for a tough 4th quarter.
