2005 Baseball

The members of the 2005 baseball team include (front row) Andy Devine, Tom Norman, Mike Voitik, Mike Smania, Sam Lesniak; (second row) Tim Peters, John Trepel, Tom Cerven, Adam Kimble, Joe Stover, Ryan Scheidt, Mike Offerman, Cole Tyrell; (back row) assistant coach Derrick Rapsky, Matt Schwerha, Tony Wellner, head coach Jeff Petrovic, Aaron Barrows, Ryan Voitik, and assistant coach Jim Lamping.

Winning an amazing 34 games, the 2005 varsity baseball team was one of the strongest in school history.  One memorable moment came against Lemont, when Mike Offerman hit a grand slam.  He was followed by Tom Cerven and Cole Tyrell, who both also hit home runs.  In a game on May 17, against Waubonsie Valley, Adam Kimble collect 5 hits. The team won the conference and the regional.
