After a tough 1-0 loss to Plainfield Central in extra innings, the 2008 softball team bounced back the very next day and put up 17 hits and 20 runs against Oswego. Minooka finished with a 6-2 record in the SPC. They beat Bradley-Bourbonnais early in regionals before losing to Normal Community 1-0 in the regional final
