In a memorable year, the varsity wrestling team not only won the SPC, going undefeated in dual matches, but also finished in the Elite Eight in the state. They beat a higher ranked Lockport team in sectionals to advance to the state tournament. Two individuals — Noah Boles and Drew Gutkneckt — wrestled at the individual state tournament.
