Advancing to the state finals, Minooka’s 2011-2012 girls bowling team placed second at the tournament, their best finish in program history. The girls had a progressive season with pulling many first place wins and many second place spots. This team went to get first place at conference, sectionals, and second at state. Courtney Johnston was a top bowler, placing seventh at the state competition with a 219 average and 2631 total over 12 games. This team had tremendous season with great accomplishments.
