In 1969-1970 the Girls Athletic Club participated in various activities throughout the year. Each Tuesday, 3:30-4:30, they held meetings to not only participate in these organized sports, but also to have business meetings. These meetings helped organize money making projects including dances and selling cosmetics. On Nov. 12, they held a father- daughter activity night and it was a great success. Then, on April 21, they held a mother- daughter banquet at White Fence Farm. The G.A.C. program had a great year with 88 members.
