The 2006 varsity football team started 0-3 but fortunately for the Indians they were able to bounce back with 3 straight wins too put them at a .500 winning percentage. The 3 wins included a 42-27 win against Oswego East, a 33-7 win against Plainfield North, and a 46-6 blowout win against Romeville. After being down 14-0 against Plainfield Central, Minoka came back to win 28-14. However, a loss to Morris in the last game of the season would keep them out of the playoffs.
