Final Match: Ethan Walsh and Gabe Ciesielski competed as individuals at sectionals

Season Summary
A tough start to the season for the boys' varsity golf team led them to finish with three all-SPC golfers and a fourth-place finish at the tournament. Senior Lucas Heap, junior Gabe Ciesielski, and senior Ethan Walsh were the all-conference golfers.
At regionals, the team once again placed fourth with two golfers advancing to sectionals. Walsh qualified as an individual with a total score of 85. Heap and junior Ciesielski headed into a six-man playoff, with Ciesielski emerging victorious and heading to sectionals.
Sectionals was held at Wedgewood Golf Course in Plainfield. Walsh was 44th overall with a score of 79. Ciesielski, tied for 14th overall and shot a 74, losing in a six-man playoff.
