Ed Sennett was the new head coach for the 1986-87 boys basketball team. While the team liked many of his new ideas, they struggled to win only two conference games. Bryan Papesh was the team MVP, Dan Goggins won Most Improved, Terry Joiner earned the Sportsmanship award, and Bill Reichert was Best Defense.
