One of the biggest quarters in Minooka school history happened against Fenton in 2002. Minooka scored four touchdowns in the third quarter. Another key moment was against Bolingbrook when junior Russ Weil talked both the quarterback and the running back at the same time. Minooka ended its season with a heart-breaking double overtime loss to Ottawa in the first round of the playoffs.
