Season Summary
The 2024-25 varsity girls bowling team continued to gain steam throughout the season and knocked down the pins at the right time.
They began the year with a 3rd-place finish at the Plainfield Central Wildcat Invitation. They would continue strong play in tournaments during the season.
They won the Oswego East Invitational, finished 3rd at the Plainfield South Invitational, placed 3rd again at the Morris Butterfield Tournament, and were 5th at their won Minooka Invitational.
Combined with their record of 8-3 in dual play during the year, they finished 3rd in the SPC.
When the postseason arrived, they finished 2nd at regionals with Kaylee McNab being the individual regional champ.
At sectionals, they again finished 2nd, which qualified them for state.
At the state finals, they made it to day 2 and eventually finished 8th as a team. McNab bowled outstanding -- even posting a 299 game during the state finals -- and became all-state with a 7th-place place finish as an individual.
