In a season that is described as one of the best in program history, the 1985-86 girls basketball broke many of the previously existing records throughout their season. The team placed first in the Northeast conference. The girls also placed second in the Seneca Christmas tournament and had two players named to the all-conference team. The team broke many of the scoring records for a single-game and the season. Maureen MacDonald was named MVP, Tracey LaLonde was most improved, Roxi Toms won the sportsmanship award, and Manette Chesareck got the Animal Keeper award.
