The IHSA split baseball into four classes starting with the 2007-08 varsity baseball season. Minooka won the IHSA 4A Regional in Ottawa. They advanced to the sectional finals at Illinois Wesleyan before losing to Collinsville, 4-3. During the regular season, they won the Southwest Prairie Conference.
