A stunning overtime win over Plainfield North during the regular season gave this team the confidence they needed to go far in the playoffs. Minooka beat Quincy in the first round, then avenged Plainfield South, who had beaten them earlier in the year. The season came to an end in the quarterfinals with a tough loss at home on a Saturday afternoon to Belleville East.
