2002 Girls Volleyball

Members of the 2002 varsity volleyball team include (front row)  Sarah Manton, Jodi Gura, Linsdsay Muehlbauer; (second row) Katie Kincaid, Calli Kovel, Lauren Ellis, Karen Radakovich, Brie Chellino, Stacy Yates, Amanda Luebchow; (back row) Megan Severson, Melanie Ukovich, assistant coach Cindy Thomas, head coach Craig Ebel, Kristen Chmielewski, and Paula DeGolyer. 

Overall Record: 30-6-1

Conference Record: 9-1

During the 2002 volleyball season, the girls achieved incredible status. They achieved it by having a record of 30-6-1. Their hard work paid off.  They won the Glenbard North and Waubonsie Valley tournaments. At  regionals they played against Joliet Township and Providence and ended up going 2-0 with Joliet Township but unfortunately ended up losing the final game against the Celtics.  Melanie Ukovich was named team MVP.
