The members of the 2019-20 wrestling team include Nathan Berta, Brendan Bisbee, Michael Blahut, George Buss, Joseph Cecala, Jack Cunningham, Donald Dorich, Austin Etheridge, Drew Gutknecht, Ryan Hoshell, Kian Kennedy, Max Keorkunian, Mark Klinchak, Justin Lechelt, Elijah Lewis, Nathan Masters, John McClimon, Anthony Ramirez, Joseph Sullivan, Cadden Arlis, Jared Bieker, Alexander Binzen, Michael Carey, Dalton, Ferguson, Connor Haines, Justin Marrero, Jacob Mensik, Joseph Morris, Anthony Sartori, Christopher Satorius, and Jacob Shipla.

In Bernie Ruettiger's final season as head coach, Minooka has a historic year. In duals, they only lost the first and last meet of the season, both the Mt. Carmel. The latter was in the state quarterfinals, as Minooka returned to the Elite Eight after beating Oswego in the sectional. Drew Gutknecht earned all-state honors as an individual by placing sixth at 225 pounds.
