The 2019 Minooka Indians football team had the most historic season in school history. Led by 8A all-state quarterback Seth Lehr,the Indians went 11-1 and 9-0 in conference play. Eleven wins is the most wins in a season setting the school record. They were also SPC champions for the first time since 2009. They sealed that trophy against conference rival Oswego as one of their biggest games of the year. In the state playoffs the Indians beat Joliet West and Edwardsville and then ended up losing to Brother Rice in the quarterfinals. It was also the first year playing on a field with artificial turf, which was installed over the summer.
