We also get access to a Partner Priority Line - a dedicated phone number for Smartly Partner's to use to skip the queue when contacting Smartly Helpdesk. The number for this line is 0800 576 045.

The following were introduced as new plans on 1st May 2023. Plan prices increased as at 1st March 2025 for new clients, and 1st April for current clients.
DIY Payroll Plan
On this plan, your clients will get:
Digital timesheets.
Xero integration.
Labour costing.
Smartly's payroll app, so employees can view their payslips, apply for leave and record their time.
Accurate leave management and access to advanced features like our easy leave calendar.
And as always, automated payments to IRD and employees. Plus free training and ongoing support.
Price: $50 + $2.50 per employee, per pay run
Managed Payroll Plan
On this plan, your clients will get:
All the payroll admin sorted by our team of payroll processing experts. They'll even work with your clients existing systems and processes, just send the data through.
Access to all of Smartly's best features, like Xero integration, timesheets, labour costing, employee mobile app and more.
Confidence that payroll is compliant and in-line with legislation.
PAYE payments, payday filing and employee payments all sorted on their behalf once approved.
Priority phone and email support when it's needed.
Price: $50 + $6 per employee, per pay run; minimum fee of $350 applies
