This video shows you how to add a new team member to the Kajabi site and then grant them the 'Offer' so they have access to the online induction course. This is the same process for both Global and NZ new team members.
1.Log.in to Kajabi
2.Click Contacts and select Add Single Contact
3.Add the First, Last Name, & Email Address of New Employee.
4.Mark check the Grant Offers. Here are the courses:
New VA New Zealand - New Zealand Team Member Learning Library Offer
Global Team Member search for Global Team Member Learning Library Offer
Contractor - Strictly Savvy Contractor Training Course
5.And click Save.
6.After adding the New Team Member to the course, log.in to their 365 Outlook account & check the email about the log.in details of the course account.
7.Share the log.in details to the Administrator (Rochelle) together with the website course url link.
