Who: This process is for the Founder, General Manager or Team Leader to undertake
When: Undertake this process on a daily basis at 9:15am each day for the NZ team meetings, and 2.00pm on Mondays for the full team meeting, which includes the Global team and can include contractors depending on their availability that day
Note: These times may vary or be changed at any time to better fit in with the team. The calendar invite will be updated should this happen.
Make sure the Savvy Zoom account has been booked. If not, check it is not already in use
Log into the assist@strictlysavvy.co.nz Zoom account on the desktop version of of Zoom (if you haven't already download it here). The password and login details are in LastPass
When you are logged in, hit the orange New Meeting button
"Admit" people to the meeting as they enter the waiting room
Welcome everyone and choose someone to kick the meeting off
For morning meetings: Each person will tell us 1 thing they are grateful for, and if they need help with anything for that day. Then they pick the next person in the team to go. Go around until each person has had a chance to speak. Then end meeting by saying thanks and bye
For afternoon meetings: Each person will give us any updates on their work/clients, and anything they need help with anything for that day. Then they pick the next person in the team to go. Go around until each person has had a chance to speak. Then end meeting by saying thanks and bye
