Risk Assessment

1. Customer information held in Stripe / Risk of access by other team members so need to activate two-step authentication so only Jo Jensen can access.

2. People who opt in for free resources need to know they are subscribing to our list / Edit this so that they can an email with the opt in document and are asked to opt in to our newsletter.

3. Need to know that all subscribers want to remain on the list / Need to send an email to everyone giving them the option to opt out clearly with a button.

4. Privacy Policy on websites / Policy added to website

5. Opt in checkboxes / Review all opt in forms and checkout pages to ensure that everyone is giving their permission

6. Cookies Notification on website / Pop up added to the website
